Darcie gave us the support, guidance and reassurance we needed as future 1st time parents not only in the birth process, but also prior to and following the birth.
She was like a friend always available on the phone, coming to the doctor’s appointments with you, guiding through your labor, taking pictures of your family and visiting you post-partum.
Darcie’s follow up has been crucial to our comfort as new parents. I have called her frequently with seemingly silly questions (regarding breast-feeding, post partum healing etc.); she has directed me to great references as well as shared her own experiences with me.
